WFMW- stuffed eggs

This one is really simple but I found that is works so well that I decided to share it.  When I maked stuffed eggs, after I have mixed the cooked yolk, mayo and a squirt of mustard very well, I put it in a sandwich bag and cut a small part of one corner off.  I can easily squeeze out the “stuffing” into the eggs and even do a cool swirl or a twist or the one that looks like a DQ ice cream.  It is always a hit- even with the grown ups!  LOL  It works for me!

  1. Great idea! It takes me forever to fill devilled eggs–so long that it’s hardly worth the effort! I’ll try your tip!

  2. This is such a smart idea! And if you have to ‘carry’ the eggs elsewhere, you can do them in separate bags and just put them together at the place!

  3. I just love the title of your blog. We only have four and we get the question: “Are they all yours?” Can you believe that four kids is considered a large family? I can only imagine the comments you get. Blessings to you and your family!

  4. I used to do the sandwich bag method until I found that a small melon baller works wonders. No need for a messy plastic bag to just throw away into the garbage dump and your eggs are neatly filled with a perfect amount of yolk mix. But, I do like (and miss) the DQ swirl effect.
