
It has been a few weeks since I have posted my menu. Things have been really crazy, but I am working to get things streamlined again. LOL- I have high hopes!
Our menu for this week is:
♣ BBQ Chicken with roasted herb potatoes, green beans and fresh sliced veggies.
♣ Homemade veggie pizzas – I am doing them on some harvest grain bread. Mmmm!
♣ Turkey meatloaf, sweet potato casserole and salad
♣ Nachos! The kids love these
♣ Hamburgers (turkey burgers), corn, cole slaw.
♣ Spaghetti and I would like to try making meatballs this week instead of a meatsauce. I have to find a good recipe for them.
♣ One night a week Mr. Muscles takes us out to dinner. No cooking, no cleaning and someone keeps my glass of tea filled! Woo hoo!!

We eat out once a week as well — but usually make it a late BIG lunch on Saturdays so I can justify not cooking two meals in one day….
