Welcome to the latest “Things I Love Thursday“!
Keeping our kids healthy is extremely important to us. We can give them a big boost by giving them a solid kids vitamin. It is important to have a whole foods vitamin with everything in it for fast growing children who often do not eat whole groups of foods. How many of us have a child who won’t eat anything green or enough fruit, etc?
The chemical vitamins sold at large “mart” stores are just too empty to be effective. They are artificially made and the body only absorbs a small portion. The rest of the vitamin just goes right through the body. A whole food vitamin is almost totally absorbed. No wasting important vitamins and money!
We have tried many different vitamins for our kids and have found a great product!! Essentials for Kids by True Essentials. They are great!! They are not expensive and the kids like to take their vitamins. They get the vitamins and minerals they need to be healthy and have strong immune systems.
Anything that helps to keep my kids happy and healthy is something I love!
I get my vitamins here. We just ordered the multipak for Mr. Muscles. I will let you know more about them when they get **here. Hey, just trying to help everyone healthier and happier one family at a time.

no kids here, but i sympathize with them not wanting fruits/veggies!! our eating habits will definitely have to change before Mr. Right and I have children. or else we need stock in this vitamin company!

I am going to look into this cause I know my kids can use a multi. Are these only internet based or can I get them in stores?

So glad you posted this–I’ve had some good vitamins for the kiddos and then I’ve picked up some from time to time that to my shock have been sweetened with NutraSweet–hello?!? I’ll be checking this out!
And…I’m so glad to know that I’m not the only one who has experienced..ah…ummm…askew cantaloupe! ;o)
